This Privacy Policy explains how Cell Games ("we", "us", or "the site"), available at rickbing.com, handles information when you visit and play our browser games. We care about your privacy and keep data collection to a minimum.

1. Information We Collect

We do not ask you to register, and we do not directly collect personal information such as your name, email address, or physical address.

• Local game data. Your game progress, high scores, and settings are stored in your browser using localStorage. This data stays on your device, is not transmitted to us, and can be cleared at any time from within a game's settings or through your browser.
• Server logs. Our host (GitHub Pages) may automatically record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, as is typical for web servers. We do not control or use these logs for tracking individuals.

2. Cookies and Web Beacons

The games themselves do not require cookies to function — they save your progress with localStorage, which stays on your device. However, the third-party services we use — advertising and analytics — may set cookies or similar technologies (such as web beacons) in your browser. These are described in sections 3 and 4 below.

We may display advertising through Google AdSense and other third-party ad networks to support the site. In connection with this:

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit and which pages and games they use. It records information such as the pages you view, roughly how long you stay, the type of device and browser you use, and an approximate location derived from your IP address.

We use this only in aggregate — to see which games and articles people actually play and read. We do not use it to identify individual visitors, and we do not combine it with any other information. Google Analytics sets cookies or similar identifiers in your browser to do this.

If you would rather not be counted, you can block analytics cookies in your browser settings, use your browser's tracking protection, or install Google's official Analytics opt-out add-on. Nothing on this site depends on analytics, so blocking it does not affect any game.

5. Children's Privacy

This site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will address it.

You can clear locally stored game data through each game's settings or your browser's site-data controls. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalized advertising using the links in Section 3.

The site is served over HTTPS. Because we do not collect or store personal data on our own servers, the risk associated with our processing is minimal.
